Love the whole feel and design of the resort, especially it is pet friendly. Great holiday vibe when turning into the hotel entrance.Furthermore, the carpark is free. We were given 2 complimentary drinks while waiting for the room to be ready. Hotel staffs were friendly and patient. Grateful to be able to celebrate my sis' bachelorette party at the Suite. Thank you to the hotel staff, Anne, who managed to upgrade for us. The living room and bedroom were spacious for the dogs to roam around. There was mosquito repellent provided as there will be mosquitoes at the carpark area. Breakfast buffet was great, we enjoyed it.

Ideally located resort-style motel. Just a short walk down the stairs (133 steps) to the beach and easy access to the range of Sentosa amenities. The pool is fabulous and the pool staff are outstanding. There are numerous cabanas, umbrellas and seats and we had complimentary iced water served whilst lazing in the sun. The buffet breakfast has plenty of options with coffee and food aplenty. I prefer to have breakfast incorporated into the room cost as I consider it a touch expensive at around $60 AUD per person.

The room was elegantly decorated. Love how there is a bath tub and a shower. We love the phrase “I am singing in the rain” on the frosted glass panel in the shower! The receptionists Ann, Justin & Wai Wai etc. were excellent in coming up with solutions to meet our needs during the stay. Though I was initially overcharged for laundry services, Justin and Wai Wai responsibly followed it up and corrected the error. The buffet breakfast was a great everyday treat for the kids. They ate so much as everything was delicious! The concierge staff including Allan and a few others made us warmly welcomed and efficiently transferred our suitcases to and from our room at the beginning and the end of the stay. I was very distressed because I was half an hour late for my massage appointment and my taxi driver and I couldn’t locate So Spa. The friendly concierge staff quickly gave my taxi driver some clear and concise instructions such that we got there within minutes. My children had so much giggles and laughter as they had their first pedicure by the fish pond. They had a ball swimming in the pool too! Such fond memories they had! And thank you Mr Life Guard for keeping them safe while I was busy packing suitcases and getting ready to check out on the last day of our stay!

The ope door cafe area, the service is incredible n their team: Aron, Jackson n Kai were such wonderful service providers,my 90 years old aunt felt so happy n loved to just sitting there the last 3 days having her afternoon tea n lunches due to their warmest. Although we did have minor issues during check in..the front desk manager n Justin will very helpful. The concierge staff like Mr Hafidz n Mr Allan will so friendly n helpful.we enjoyed thoroughly of their services
